About Me
I am an existential psychotherapist based in North London. I have worked in NHS and private settings, with a wide range of presentations. Before training as a psychotherapist I worked as an actor for ten years, and also make music. If you’d like to find out more about that, you can do so here.
Qualifications
I am a registered member of the BACP (membership number 402756), a graduate member of the BPS (524550).
I hold a PGDip in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from the NSPC, where I am currently completing a Doctorate (DCPsych) in Counselling Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy.
Previous education and training:
MSc in Psychology (Distinction), BPP University.
Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Regents University.
Diploma in Professional Acting (Post Graduate, 2 years), Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
BA Hons. Classical Archaeology, Oxford University (First Class).
Additional training in Drama Therapy, CityLit University (Short Course).
10+ years of experience working in theatre and education. I also work as a writer and musician.
I work in accordance with the British Psychological Society's Code of Ethics and Conduct and the BACP's Ethical Framework.
